It comes, hissing, slippery with slimes and filth; an entity beyond human reasoning.
Kyn is suddenly attacked by a creature – dark, grim, and deadly. The worst-case scenario is that no one can believe what Kyn has to say and when no one believes, the entity only grows stronger.

Kyn moves with Ben to run from whatever was coming to haunt him in the night, but then, it follows him. They have very limited time to understand what is really after them before it gets them first.
